They are available worldwide via FBA (where the customer pays for the game + shipping + VAT/taxes), but you cannot send via MCF (where the customer has not paid via Amazon).
Great read! Have you tried Bridge Distribution? They have been around for a good while now. I'm partnering with them to fulfill We're Sinking in the US.
This is the part of starting a board game publishing company that fills me with anxiety, not least because I'm not based in the US. It feels very complicated and looks like a place one could easily lose a lot of money if you do the wrong thing. Thank you for being so open about your finances and choices, it's invaluable.
Great writeup! I love seeing this type of info out in the wild. Smart using the A2 boxes, I always recommend Kickstarters configuring to shipment packaging when possible. Currently, the Regional USPS boxes have been retired, though you can still use old ones under their new rates (still good). I'd love to take a shot at working with you and fulfilling your next project. We built a fulfillment supply chain from scratch for Van Ryder Games, and are currently running all their US fulfillment (Kickstarters, Distributors, Retailers and Individuals). They had previously used both Bridge and QML. We offer some value-adds no one else is doing (and our costing would be closer to QML's 2020 pricing), and we could turn around and ship Votes For Women within a few days of receiving it.
When using FBA, are those games available worldwide?? I mean, could they be sent to another country?

I used them as a test for distribution, but that was not really much of a success.
I do like the folks at Bridge though, good people.

You get this figured out, please let me know! And thank you for conducting the recon down this path.
